Recreational Facilities

Cottonwood Activity Rooms
All multi-purpose activity rooms, including card rooms, ceramics room, painting room and dance room areas are available to homeowners when not being used for scheduled classes or activities. For further information, contact the Recreation Director at 895-3550.

How to Book An Activities Room

1. Call Recreation Department 895-3550

a. For scheduling dates and times for the Facility Rooms; A2, A3, A6, A7, & A8, the Courtyard and Sisk Park.

b. All Sun Lakes Phase II clubs, groups, organizations, and committees may reserve a room with no fee (as long as NO Charges or profit is made off the homeowner - except for annual club dues).

2. Room reservation will be on a first come availability.

3. Registration forms and Indemnification Agreements must be signed prior to room use. This form identifies the instructor as an independent contractor and not as an employee of the Association.

4. Instructors will pay the Association 10% of their gross receipts.

5. Non-Sun Lakes groups and organizations and individuals sponsored by a Sun Lakes II owner will pay a room fee of $100.

6. Advertising of the event or class is the responsibility of the instructor/teacher. The instructors will produce and distribute all flyers, instructional tools and sign-up forms.

7. The instructor is responsible for any claims, damages, charges, or judgments brought as a result of the instructor.
